This 24' by 40-foot custom-built log home features three levels: a full basement, a spacious main floor, and a loft. The loft features two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom, creating a private, functional living space for family or guests. The main floor is designed for everyday living, with an open-concept living room and kitchen, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, making the home welcoming and practical for people of all ages and abilities.

From the very beginning, I took pride in every stage of the process. Each log was carefully selected, handcrafted, and fitted to ensure strength, beauty, and precision. Building with logs requires a deep understanding of natural materials, traditional building techniques, and meticulous attention to detail, qualities that cannot be replicated in mass-produced construction.

Watching the home take shape, one log at a time, was one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. Every corner notch, beam, and finishing detail reflects the commitment to quality craftsmanship and building methods that stand the test of time. The finished home blends beautifully with Alberta's natural landscape while offering exceptional durability, energy efficiency, and timeless character.

This project reflects the quality and care I bring to every build. Whether you're planning a custom log home, a family cabin, or a timber-frame retreat, I work closely with each client to create a home that is both beautiful and functional, built to suit their lifestyle and vision. If you're considering building your own handcrafted log home, I'd be happy to discuss your ideas and show you how expert craftsmanship can turn your dream into reality. Every log home tells a unique story, and I look forward to helping you build yours.
